Try lots of different things like vitems For me vitem D and b12 I even take multi vitems and I found that the all natural work . not all the time but it sure rases the quality of life. Just go with what ever works with drugs last resort. It may be a yhoo yhoo. I also keep a pain diery so I can look back so I can look ahead and change where I have to.

I took myself off the steroids and the mextrotriax you have to ask yourself is the side affects worth it for such a little girl there are other remedies even home remedies I myself have taken lots of remedies even if they only work for a while and stop . than I am off to another one. To me its keep moving and rest even if it is for short burst than rest So for her sake stay away from the hard core meds. Use a combination of lions claw to celabrex and adleav .Also stay a away from being in doors to much remember pain is emotional to
