Easy Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 cups flour

  • 4 t baking powder

  • pinch salt

  • 4 T butter

  • 1 cup milk

  • butter-softened

  • brown sugar

  • cinnamon


  1. mix flour , baking powder,and salt. Cut in butter until the consistency of oatmeal. Add milk gradually until mixture forms a ball. roll out on floured surface, spread with softened butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and pinch ends together. Cut into 12 pieces. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until bottoms brown.
