ItalianTuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2oz shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 12oz canned white tuna, packed in water, drained

  • 1cup fresh cherry tomatoes , halved

  • 1red onion , sliced

  • 2/3cup fresh chopped celery

  • 2tbsp olive oil

  • 3tbsp red wine vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)

  • 1 1/2tsp dried basil

  • 1/4tsp hot red pepper flakes

  • 1/8tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all together, and toss.

This fits the South Beach diet very well. I'm going to make this for lunch tomorrow.
