The white one works great on migraines if you rub it in your temples. Other that wonder of wonders, it's plain great for pain.

I will add that I buy this on line straight from Thiland where it is made…They do NOT offer the Arthritis formula there..I'm not sure why..I've never used that one anyway…I like the liquid form..It is easier to apply for me..I use 1 of the liquid formulas called Kwan Loong Oil on my feet to treat my Plantar pain..It DOES smell GREAT..All the formulas I've used do…It is VERY helpful for my pain too!!

The absolute BEST! I have Fibro, Cervical Disc arthritis, chronic headaches. At first when a friend suggested it, I thought no-way. Plus it smells good! Not like Ben-Gay,

Pros

Holistic, uses Camphor, Menthol in the "ultra" white formulation.
Stronger "red" has added Cajuput, Mint, Cloves and Cinnamon.
Arthritis formula has added chondrotin, glucosamin and MSN.

Have other ingredients I didn't mention and product too
Also available in other variations as well as a patch or liqiud forms for treatment.

Just massage into skin. Has a warming effect; will increase circulation and reduce pain

Cons

Must be careful not to get it into cuts on the skin.
Do NOT leave it in a HOT area (closed car etc) or it will melt.
DO NOT get in in your eyes.

MUST wash hands several times to clean well.
