I did read the whole article and I do like some of the information but I know that we are all different so some of the fruits would make my arthritis worse and also it is important to remember that with certain medication some of these fruits could and can either prevent their effectiveness or worse one could have a very bad interaction that could become life threatening. I wished that this website would state this as well as some meds should not be taken even hours after with Gratefruit and personally for me this fruit makes everything worse and Bananas which the author states increases inflamation does quite the opposite.
