exercising might be difficult to start but after 15 minutes the pain goes away and I do not feel anything but the momentum of the music and I can easily continue for another hour pain free, not wanting to stop.

I find the more I move around the less my joints hurt. Even when I go to the gym, I start out dreading it, but when I'm done I feel better. It would be so much better if I could find a gym buddy I would go a lot more. So if there is anyone you can get to go to the gym at least 3 times a wk with you, for heavens sake GO! You will have less pain from OA, tone up your muscels, have social interaction and maybe even find someone there who can guide you with specific exercises to do
