Hello everyone,
As I mentioned earlier, I suffer from osteoarthritis. I have been enduring a lot of pain. I was confused as to what treatment I should use and a few days ago my friend suggested that I should look into some good foot massage therapy centers ( http://www.erinmillshealth.com/services/chiro... ). She goes to a place in Mississauga and does foot massages because she has swollen feet and joint pain. She says that she feels so much better after visiting that place and she finally able to walk a few miles. Her muscles are less stiff now. She can also do a few ground exercises. When I heard about her recovery, I was really amazed. It made me realize that these massages are definitely worth a try. She also told me that, recent studies have shown that foot massages are really good for arthritis. Has anybody been relieved after these foot massages? Is it really helpful? Kindly share your thoughts!
