Has anyone tried ionic footbath therapy for arthritis pain? I purchased a footbath machine on the advice of a friend- just to see if it would help. I have heard good and bad reports on the machines. Some people think they are phony, and others swear by them. I used it for three months. I generally felt better the next day after using it and my RA is in remission now. I can't say that the footbath is directly related to the remission. I was eating better, losing weight, and working on stress reduction at the same time. Anyone else have any experience or thoughts on Ionic footbaths?

myChazown February 1 at 6:111 LikeYup I have one of ionic foot baths that turns the water color when I put my feet in it for 30 minutes. A gift from my parents who would like nothing better than for me to be healed.
Generally I know it helps with a psoriases I have on one foot that will crack if I don't keep on top of it.
I also know it only changed the water color of I put my feet in it. Ive ran it without putting my feet in it and there is not water color change.
I've read on both sides of the opinions including the research stuff online. Personally my motto is if it doesn't harm ya and it might help, then more power to ya. I know it helps my foot condition. I'll take all the help I can get. Wishing you relief and peace!

Did you get a matching color chart to see where the toxins are coming from? Interesting to see .

I did get a chart. I found it interesting. I could always tell a difference the next day. I love my footbath.

I use a foot bak soak and add epsom salts. It helps and feels so good when your feet are hurting and cold. I have also used parafin wax too. For both hands and feet and then I wrap them in a hot pad glove! Feels awesome!!!

If you'd like to get really great results use Dead Sea SAlLTS (DSS) . Epsom Salts will pull not only toxins but all the minerals from your body..NOT such a good idea… But the DSS actualy pulls the toxins and replaces the miinerals you are deficiient in which can hlp with leg cramps and muscle aches.
